Local Love Vegan Catering

Local Love is a vegan catering and meal planning company created by Chef Barry and Jennifer Jones Horton that services San Francisco and East Bay area.  It is designed to bring the local produce into gourmet, organic, vegan cuisine in a conscientious and thoughtful way. We want to create amazing food that is sustainable, tastes delicious, and is humane for the whole planet. Each choice we make can be a thoughtful one!

Whether you want a romantic dinner for two served by candlelight or to host a formal dinner party for 12, Local Love will give you a fine dining experience that will enhance your special occasion. OR we can cater a buffet-styled event for well over 100!

We have the solution for you: our personal Chef, Barry Horton, will send you weekly menu choices. He then comes to your home and create meals just for you and your family.

NPS VEGAN School Lunch project

Help donate to our culinary project at Sand Paths Academy.  We are working towards greening up their kitchen, creating a vocational program for the students and feeding the students vegan meals!!!!  The kitchen needs a few things:

Needs:

1. Speakers to talk about Veganism, Nutrition, Health, Gardening, Jobs, Eco-Friendly  etc....
2. A small freezer
3. Stainless steel pots

I was very lucky to discover Local Love Services while doing a 21 day diet cleanse. I was committed to the “no meat, wheat, dairy, sugar or caffeine” rule, but was exhausted trying to plan meals for my family. Barry arrived and catered a weekly meal for us based on our specific likes and dislikes, and offered some menu choices that really broadened our horizons. After our cleanse was over, we couldn’t bear to part with our weekly dinner treat so we’ve continued on with Barry on a regular basis. There is nothing better than having a chef come to your home equipped with fresh organic ingredients, and preparing a meal for your family. We love “Local Love”!
